Finished this last week and was left in an emotional mess. I liked it, but for me it wasn't as good as Shatter Me. Warner, is an interesting character, but I really wish he hadn't become a love interest. I was talking to the lovely Judith from Paper Riot, telling her that I NEVER read books with love triangles so for me to have read this is kind of a big deal. I needed more Juliette and Adam so I just HAD to make an exception. And as much as I adore Juliette, she really annoyed me with her mopping around in this book - which is why I was so happy when Kenji told her to stop feeling sorry for herself. This guy is just awesome! <3 As for Adam...my heart ached for him. :'( I'm so scared about the 3rd and final book now, I really hope Juliette ends up with Adam.

You and I felt exactly the same way about Unravel Me! I love Warner's character (I really do), but I don't think it's necessary for him to become a love interest. Or in other words, I don't want him to be a love interest. Why does everything have to be romantic? Ugh. :(
But anyway, great haul! I love the cover for Towering. I hope you enjoy your new reads!
Well, you already know how I felt about Unravel Me haha. But I'm way too freaked out over that book so I'm going to tell you again anyway :D Just yes to everything you said. It was good, but to me not as good as Shatter Me, because my heart wasn't in it as much. I freaking love Kenji and Warner is interesting, but NOT as a love interest ugh. My heart ached for Adam and I'm scared of book 3. That's all.
(And I'm reading Scarlet right now and LOVING IT!)
I totally agree about Kenji :D He kind of stole the show from everyone. And he was a really good friend to Juliette. Someone who told her the truth. And although I kind of liked Warner in Unravel Me, I'm hoping Juliette will end up with Adam; I love a devoted guy.
I haven't heard of the other books, though (except for Scarlet, since I'm reading Cinder ATM :D).
Anyway, I hope you'll enjoy the books!

I have The Boyfriend App as well, I hope we both enjoy it. I was torn up reading Unravel me, too. I hate love triangles and I'm going to be so sad for whoever Juliette doesn't pick. I was solidly Team Adam but now I can't decide!! Juliette was rather mopey in the first half and I wanted to shake her as well. Enjoy your books Renu. :)

OMG Unravel Me was SO AMAZING. Like literally you will LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! LOVE IT.

Everyone is annoyed at how mopey juliette is ;( now im scared to start it! and YAY for warner! i just LOVE him after reading Destroy Me.. but I know when I read Unravel Me im going to love Adam as well! tough life we have here.... and i LOVED Scarlet!!! and thorne IS awesome! I want to see some romance with him and iko! hahahahah!

Sobs. I will NEVER EVER read Unravel Me. Sniffs. It's just upsetting me so damn much. I hate love triangles more than anything. And Warner is an asshole. I don't get why he's a love interest either :\ Juliette is NOT being fair towards Adam.. At least not in my opinion. Gahh. I just have so many thoughts about love triangles (A) none good. Lol. ANYWAY! You got lots of awesome this week :D Sigh. Scarlet. So good. <3 Hope you enjoy everything sweetie :)
